An American actress and writer, born in California on February 11, 1962, to a Chinese father and a German mother. She graduated from California Institute of Technology with a BS in Physics. She started her artistic career in 1996, composing music. She participated in writing the script of an episode of the series Clueless in 1997, and also worked as an actress in the comedy series The Office in 2008.
