American actress and singer, born on October 4, 1988 in Harris County, Texas. She was raised in Littleton, Colorado, and graduated from Manhattan College, New York City in 2011. She's best known for playing the titular role in the TV series Supergirl (2015–2021). Among her works are The Longest Ride (2015), Patriots Day (2016), and Glee (2012-2014).
