An American writer, director and animator, born in Texas, USA. He graduated from Springville High School and then attended Brigham Young University in Utah for one year, after which he got a job at Walt Disney Productions, and in 1955, he began working as an assistant to director John Lounsbery. He has worked on many classic animated films, such as Anastasia (1997) and All Dogs Go to Heaven (1989).
