A French actor, born in Reims, France. Fresson attended Tania Balachova's drama class in Paris. He started his career by appearing in the movie Hiroshima Mon Amour (1959). He participated in many works, the most famous of which include Max and the Junkmen (1971), Health Fires (1972), French Connection II (1975), and Cookies (1975). He died of cancer on October 20, 2002, in Orsay, France.
