Serbian writer and director, born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina on December 31, 1966. He graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and became a lecturer there in 1999. In 2006, he was elected as an assistant professor and as an associate professor in 2011. He became one of the most active and award-winning writers in Serbia. He is known for The Red Colored Grey Truck (2004), which won the FIPRESCI Prize at the Warsaw International Film Festival, and The Man Who Defended Gavrilo Princip (2014).
