Tunisian director, born in Kairouan, Tunisia. He worked as a university lecturer in Sousse, where he teaches art history, Francophone literature and African cinema. He is active in Tunisian film clubs within the “Tunisian Union of Cinematographers”. He directed three short films and won numerous awards at several independent film festivals. Among his works is Cursed Be the Phosphate (2012).
