French actor, born on January 20, 1900 in Saint-Malo, France. He got married to Evelyn Taylor in 1922 until her death in 1929, then got married to Jeanne de Casalis in 1929 until his death in 1937. His works include: Frankenstein, Christopher Strong, The Bride of Frankenstein and Mad Love. He died on June 25, 1937 in Los Angeles.
