Irish actress, producer and director born on June 1, 1970 in Belfast, United Kingdom. She's known for playing Katniss' Mother in The Hunger Games film series. Her other works include Tombstone (1993), and A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001). She directed the short film In the A.M. of Dec. 26th at Mickey's (on the Corner of Cunningham & Kongosak in Barrow) (2008).
