An American director, producer and author, born on July 23, 1951 in Texas. He firstly worked as ab assistant photographer then as an assistant director. He made his directorial debut in 1984 in the movie Children of the Corn. Among his most prominent works are Tuff Turf, Into the Sun, and Surveillance.
