Greg Wise is a British actor and screenwriter, born on May 15, 1966, in Newcastle, England. He studied architecture in Edinburgh, but he dropped out after a while and went to Glasgow to study drama. His first film in a major role was through Sense and Sensibility (1995). He married Emma Thompson, and they have two children. Among his most famous roles a e in The Buccaneers (1995), Johnny English (2003), and The Echo of Being (2020). In addition, he wrote the movie Last Christmas (2019).
