A British actor, born in the United Kingdom .After completing his studies at Scotland's University of Edinburgh, he was awarded a scholarship to attend the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. He rose to fame as a result of his roles in plays at the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Royal National Theater. He is known for The Crown (2019) and The Protégé (2021).
