A British actor, born in Paisley, United Kingdom, to an Italian father and a mother of Irish descent. He received his education at St. Aloysius' College, Glasgow, then joined the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. He also became known for his work in West End theaters in London, then moved on to the cinema screen. He is known for Oppenheimer (2023) and Derailed (2005).
