An American screenwriter, director, and actor, born in Los Angeles, California, United States to Lawrence Kasdan and Meg Kasdan. His first film appearance was at age three in The Big Chill, followed by Silverado. His other acting credits include The Accidental Tourist, Dreamcatcher, and Big Trouble. He made his directorial debut with In the Land of Women (2007), followed by The First Time (2012).
