Cutter Hodierne is an American filmmaker. His main body of work consists of short films and music videos. Just prior to his birth, his parents sold everything they owned, quit their jobs, and bought a 32-yard 'cutter-rigged' sailboat, after which he was named. He worked as a filmmaker on the road with the rock band U2, touring the world on the band's U2 360° Tour, and directing Tour Clips for U2 360° at the Rose Bowl. In 2012, Hodierne released Fishing Without Nets, a short film about piracy in the Indian Ocean. Co-produced with John Hibey and Raphael Swann, it was awarded the Grand Jury Prize in Short Filmmaking at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival.
