A director, writer, and producer, best known for making documentaries. The first documentary she produced and directed was Daughters of Abraham (2004). Among her most notable films are After the Storm (2009), Dancing in Jaffa (2013), and Leftover Women (2019). She was nominated four times for an Emmy Award.
