She is a Canadian actress, born in Edmonton, Canada, in 1962. She attended Ashton Preparatory School and graduated in 1977, then graduated from the University of California. Her acting debut was in He Ain't Heavy (1991). She is known for her roles in Monk (2002-2009), Terminal City (2005), and Unforgettable (1996).
