An American actor, born in Appleton, Wisconsin and raised in Davenport, Iowa. He studied at Assumption High School in Davenport, then he joined the University of Hawaiʻi, and studied marine zoology. He studied at St. Norbert College in Wisconsin and obtained a bachelor's degree in biology. He also obtained a master's degree in humanistic psychology. Some of his credits include I'll Remember April (1999), Cast Away (2000), and Beyond the Limits (2003).
