An American actress, born on December 12, 1975. Mayim Bialik made her film debut in Pumpkinhead (1988) and gained fame in the 1990s after starring in the sitcom Blossom. She studied neuroscience at UCLA, earning a Bachelor of Science as well as a Ph.D. She was nominated for 4 Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in The Big Bang Theory.
