An American musician, drummer, and actor. Arthur Herbert was his uncle .In the late 1940s, he started working with Hot Lips Page, a trumpeter and vocalist, and later, in the 1950s, he collaborated with a saxophone. Singer, Hal. He is known for his participation in The Curse of the Jade Scorpion (2001).
