An Italian actor, born as Mario Giovanni Siletti in Turin, Piedmont, Italy on July 22, 1903. Among his notable works are Kansas City Confidential (1952), Anne of the Indies (1951) and The Great Caruso (1951). He had a theatrical career before going to the United States in the early thirties, performed in vaudeville, and presented many plays. After World War II, he made his film debut in The Razor's Edge (1946), and he worked in television in the beginning its broadcast. His last appearance was in the series Hazel (1962-1964). He died in Los Angeles, California, USA on April 19, 1964.
