He is a Taiwanese writer and director, born on December 12, 1950, in Taiwan. While attending Soochow University, he worked in the studio of the Central Motion Picture Company. He is known for The Treasure Hunter (2009), Killing Two Birds with One Stone (2005), and China Dragon (1995).
