An American actress, singer, and songwriter, born in Los Angeles, California. She is an academic professor of music at Santa Monica College, California. She previously won a DownBeat Magazine Student Music Award, and has performed at the 2008 International Association of Jazz Education International Convention in Toronto, Canada. Some of her credits include License to Wed (2007) and Watchmen (2009).
