She is a Canadian actress, born in 1975 in Nova Scotia, Canada. She studied at Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts, where she majored in dance and also trained in voice. Her debut was in My Hometown (1996). She is known for her roles in Pompeii (2014), Upside Down (2012), and Affliction (1997).
