An American writer and former critic, born on February 24, 1971, in Kansas City, Missouri. Gillian Flynn attended the University of Kansas and holds an MA from Northwestern University. She worked for Entertainment Weekly. She is married to Brett Nolan. Her notable works include Gone Girl (2014), Widows (2018), and Utopia (2020).
