An American documentary filmmaker and media personality who gained recognition as a prisoner of war during the Libyan Revolution. Between 2007 and 2011, he rode his motorcycle across North Africa and the Middle East, and his observations and experiences over these years inspired him to join Libyan rebels during the Libyan Civil War. He is known for Not Anymore: A Story of Revolution (2013), Point and Shoot (2014), and Jim: The James Foley Story (2016).
