She is a Latvian actress, born on February 8, 1968, in Riga, Latvia. She studied at the University of Latvia at the Department of Journalism and Language. She is known for her roles in Mother, I Love You (2013), and Izmisums (2019). She won the Latvian Film Prize for "Best Actress" for her performance in Mammu, es Tevi milu (2013).
