A Turkish actor, born in Istanbul to a Turkish father and an Iraqi mother. He started his artistic career in his twenties. His acting debut was in 1992 through a small role in Gündüzün Karanlığı. Then he played distinguished roles until he dazzled the Arab world with the role of Esmer in the series Kaybolan Yillar (2006). His most notable works include Kurulus: Osman.
