An Indian actor, director, producer, and writer, who began acting as a college student and won an inter-university competition, which led to the formation of a theater group in Kapurthala (Punjab). He moved to Delhi after completing a diploma in Indian theater and worked with the Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts and the National School of Drama as a stage actor. He has directed films such as Aatish (1991), Happy Birthday (1992), and Sunehri Jild (2004), and has also appeared as an actor in films such as Hotel Salvation (2016) and Judgementall Hai Kya (2019).
