An American actress and presenter, born in Cumming, Georgia, on April 13, 1980. She graduated from Forsyth High School in 1998, then graduated from the University of Evansville, majoring in theater performance, after which she decided to move to New York City to begin her career. Her first appearance was in a low-budget movie titled Witches of the Caribbean, but she got her big break on television when she starred in the series All My Children in 2005. Her most famous and successful role was in 2007 in the series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
