English actor, born on September 29, 1918 in Kuala Lumpur, British Malaysia, of a Swiss-French mother and an American father. He was famous for various shows in the British cinema and television. He began his artistic career in 1950. He participated in many works, including: The Purple Plain (1954), The Cockleshell Heroes ( 1955), and Tarzan and the Lost Safari (1957). He died on August 1, 1983 in London.
