A Pakistani television actress, born on June 21, 1957 in Lahore. She attended Lahore Women's College, and she is the sister of the well-known Pakistani writer Hamid Akhtar. She began her artistic life in 1980. She worked in the State Theater from the mid-eighties to the mid-nineties, giving theater performances in America, Europe and India. Among her most famous works are: Dushman e Jaan (2020), and Aisi Hai Tanhai (2017).
