American actor and producer, born in Chicago, Illinois in 1974. His career began in 2004 by writing the movie The Hollow. He participated in several works, including: Red Eye (2005), Juno (2007) and 500 Days of Summer (2009). He was nominated for an Academy Award in 2008 in the category of Best Picture for Juno.
