German model, actress, fashion show host, businesswoman and art producer. She was born on June 1, 1973. Heidi Klum was born and raised in the small German town of Bergis Gladbach. Her father worked in a cosmetics company, while her mother was a hairdresser. One day, while browsing a magazine, she read an advertisement for a national competition titled "Model 92". A friend persuades her to fill out and send the entry slip, but Heidi never dreamed that she would be one of five girls, chosen from among the 25,000 girls who submitted their photos to participate. Despite the fierce competition in the fashion world, Heidi Klum has made her way to stardom. After her star started shining in Germany and Europe, she crossed the ocean to Miami and then to New York, the runway to fame. Heidi founded the Heidi Klum company, based in Bergsch-Gladbach, Germany, which has become a well-known and iconic brand. Her pictures appeared on the cover of international magazines. Heidi became a big name in the fashion world, and in one of the advertisements, she insured her legs for two million dollars. She married twice, her first husband, the famous hairdresser Rick Pispino in 1997, and her second husband, the famous English singer Cell, and she separated from him.
