An American actress, born on November 5, 1967, in the Bronx, New York City, to Dominican parents. Judy studied at Hunter College in Manhattan, where she showed interest in acting. She is a founding member of the Labyrinth Theatre Company. She started her acting career with guest-starring roles in the 1990s in shows like Law & Order. She is known for Scrubs (2001-2009), The Circle (2017), and Devious Maids (2013-2016).
