A Pakistani model and engineer, he was born in Lahore. He studied architecture at the National College of Arts. His artistic career began in the series Umrao Jaan Ada (2003), then he attracted attention with his distinguished performance in the series Khuda Aur Muhabbat (2011-2012). His works continued, such as Creature (2014) and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016). Besides his acting work, he also writes poetry in Urdu.
