A Hong Kong film director, producer, and cinematographer, born on April 4, 1960, in British Hong Kong. He is known for Internal Affairs (2002), Confession of Pain (2006), and Chungking Express (1994). He founded B.O.B. & Partners Co. Ltd. along with Manfred Wong and Jing Wong.
