Phoebe Fox is an English actress. She was born in 1987, and studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Her debut was in the play “A Month in the Country” at the Chester Theater Festival in 2010. She then appeared in several plays and films, including “Black Mirror”, “Switch” and “The Woman in Black: Angel of Death”.
