An American actor, born in Oklahoma, USA, and died in Los Angeles, California, USA. He attended Langston University, where he studied theater and music and was a member of a folk singing group. He also joined the US Air Force, then headed to New York State to join the theater, where he began presenting performances. He married actress Sharon Semper, and they had five children.
