American actress, producer, and former stunt performer. She was born in California, the USA. She received a certificate as a chef from Le Cordon Bleu, CA, and she was at the top of the class. Donna is a director member of the Directors Guild of America, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, the DGA Women's Committee, Women in Film, and a past board member of American Film Institute Associates. Her debut was in Scarface (1983). She is known for her appearances as a stunt performer in True Lies (1994), Halloween: Resurrection (2002), and Army of Darkness (1992).
