Buddy Hackett was an American comedian born in Brooklyn, New York, on August 31, 1924, and died on June 30, 2003 in Los Angeles, California. He received a Star on the Walk of Fame in 1998. He was a comedy star at Las Vegas' nightclubs, and among his most important works are: the movies It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963), The Love Bug (1968), and The Music Man (1962).
