An American actress, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. She appeared in many classic silent comedies by the actor Harold Lloyd, who later became her husband. Among her most prominent works are From Hand to Mouth (1919), Grandma’s Boy (1922), and Safety Last! (1923).
