An Italian actor born in Milan, Lombardy, Italy on January 6, 1938. He started his career in 1958 as a singer. He won several awards, including the Italian Golden Globe Award for the movie Serafino (1968). Among his most notable work: The Con Artists (1976), Velvet Hands (1979), and The Taming of the Scoundrel (1980). Adriano Celentano is one of the most successful Italian pop singers who has sold millions of copies, and released nearly 40 albums.
