Thomas Edward Hopper is an English actor, born on January 28, 1985, in Coalville, Leicestershire. After graduating from high school, he studied acting at Rose Bruford College. He made his television debut in the series Casualty (2007). He's known for playing Sir Percival in Merlin (2010-2012), Dickon Tarly in Game of Thrones (2017), and Billy Bones in Black Sails (2014-2017).
