An American actress, producer, and activist, born in Trenton, New Jersey, USA, to a Jewish family. She attended Carnegie Mellon University, graduating in 1971 with a BFA in Drama. She started her career on stage in 1970. She is known for Lady Killer (1995), The Ryan White Story (1989), and We'll Never Have Paris (2014).
