Turkish actress, born in 1946 in Istanbul. She graduated from an elementary school and debuted in 1967. In the late sixties and seventies, she appeared in many films. She began her career with director Cüneyt Arkin. Her credits include Ömre Bedel Kiz (1967). She became known in the Arab world after participating in the joint-production film The Sheikh's Daughter (1970).
