French-Moroccan singer and actress, born on 20 January 1979 in Khouribga, Morocco. She is of Berber origin and belongs to a family that loves art. Thanks to her mother and uncles, she developed a love for many musical genres, such as Gnawa music, Reggae and Oriental Music. She won the Prix Constantin for Best Album and won the Victoires de la Musique Award for the Best World Music Album. She is known for the movie The Narrow Frame of Midnight (2014).
