Gene Nelson was an American actor who was born in Seattle, Washington, on March 24, 1920. He won the Golden Globe Award in 1951 for the movie Tea for Two (1950), and also received a Star on the Walk of Fame in 1990. After graduating from high school, he joined a dance school to become a dancer in a touring show troupe for 3 years before joining the army to participate in World War II, where he used to entertain soldiers. He is best known for directing The Donna Reed Show (1958), Kissin Cousins ​​(1964), and Mod Squad (1968). Jane Nelson died on September 16, 1996, in Los Angeles, California, of cancer.
