An American producer, he studied at Western Michigan University, majoring in Business Administration. He worked as a sales manager at a car marketing company before moving to Hollywood, where he entered the production field at a talent agency called UTA, spending two years there before leaving. He then co-founded Armory Films with his partner Christopher Lemole, producing a number of films and TV series. His works include Mudbound (2017), Billionaire Boys Club (2018), The Peanut Butter Falcon (2019), and Fool's Paradise (2023).
