An American actor and writer born in New York City, New York, on August 5, 1914. In 1960, he received a Star on the Walk of Fame for his television work. He died on July 15, 1993 in Sherman Oaks, California. After David Brian completed his studies at City College of New York, he worked as a security guard before joining the work as a singer and dancer in performance groups and nightclubs, until he joined the Coast Guard in World War II. At the end of the forties, he went to Hollywood and signed a contract with Warner Brothers to continue his work in cinema, radio and television. Among his most important works: Intruder in the Dust (1949), The Damned Don't Cry (1950), and How the West Was Won (1962).
