A British writer and author, who studied acting at Durham University, England, then moved to London in 1955. He quickly became involved in the world of graphic designers in Britain, then began writing before abandoning design completely in favor of the writing profession. His works include Only When I Larf (1968) and Wuthering Heights (1970).
